My perfect morning I don't use an alarm clock. I leave the curtains open in the evening and wake up naturally. This solution eliminates unnecessary stress at the moment of waking up. The first hour of the morning is the most important. It's divided by the 20-20-20 principle: 20 minutes of warm-up I do basic exercises: squats, push-ups, abs. It helps me wake up, triggers dopamine production and gradually improves my fitness. In addition to warming up, I have also added running: it's hard so far, but I'm gradually getting into it.

20 minutes of meditation I do a simple breathing practice in a square pattern: inhale - pause - exhale - pause. I sit quietly in complete silence, without tasks or activity. This time is not occupied by anything, and that's the point of it. 20 minutes of self-development I use this time to learn something new. I choose material that develops logic, systematic thinking or professional skills. This morning ritual is not exhausting, but energizing and motivating for the rest of the day. 95% of people wake up with a phone in their hand and instead of personal time, they immediately fall into the feed, news and chats And, strangely enough, 95% of traders are consistently unprofitable. Perhaps this is not a coincidence. Tomorrow morning is a great time to get out of this statistic. Take the first hour after waking up to yourself, and you'll be surprised how much more fulfilling, productive and enjoyable the day is
