The UK is arresting 11,000 people a year for online posting. Causing anxiety is now leading one of the leading crimes in the UK.a "Thousands of people are being detained and questioned for sending messages that cause “annoyance”, “inconvenience” or “anxiety” to others via the internet, telephone or mail."
