Europol advocates breaking end-to-end encryption again. Because last time, the argument to protect children did not work, this time they do it in the context of "stolen identity data." By Europol's logic, access to the chats would prevent selling this data. This, instead of, for example, making those corporations that leak identity data responsible for their actions.
