Airdrops were stupid. Token equity in the project side is supposed to be a way to align users with projects long term.
What happened was an industrial bot farming market formed where people took advantage of it, just to dump tokens onto the market.
Teams are now being far more selective and using better detection and strategy methods, and are simply not doing Airdrops anymore.
If you want to use products, you have to pay for it. The world of receiving free internet money was never real and largely over.
