We had 20 years of the government lying to us about the Afghanistan and Iraq wars. I'm sorry but if you think I'm going to feel bad that someone in the State department is telling you all the nonsense going on via prediction markets and using the system's anonymous pricing to make money for it, since otherwise there's no incentive except getting court marshaled, then I'm going to tell you I'm not.
