Dwayne Golden a cryptocurrency fraudster has been sentenced to 97 months in prison for running a $40 million Ponzi scheme. He and his accomplices promised guaranteed returns to investors through three fake companies. The fraud took place in 2017 and caused significant financial losses to investors. Golden has also been ordered to pay a $2.46 million fine.
