mOde'thenics journal 25/09/08 --- It's time to stop the chaos. A lot of new things, new experiences, new starts. Meanwhile my habits were destroyed. Time to get back, steadily and slowly. --- - 2.2 km bicycle ride - 10/10/10 wall angels - 10/10/10 band pull apart - 10/10/10 external shoulder rotations - 10/10/10 face pulls - 10/10/10 glute bridges - 10/10/10 dead bugs - 10/10/10 wall push ups - 2.2 km bicycle ride --- After this pause even simple exercises like that felt quite challenging. Sad part - elbow pain is still there... Anyway, gonna try to progress from here and see where it takes me.
