When aligned in a conjunction, these opposing forces clash.

As Saturn rotates closer to Neptune along the zodiac wheel, and eventually passes it, the tides seem to turn in favor of Neptune, or the collective, in their struggle against Saturn, or the oppressive powers.

On November 9, 1989, Saturn and Neptune both entered 10° of Capricorn, forming a conjunction.

On that day, just days before Saturn passed Neptune, the Berlin Wall fell.

In 2025, Saturn will get closer to Neptune, but will then begin a retrograde movement.

Saturn won’t pass Neptune until February 20, 2026. Here’s hoping the collapse of power structures will be a pattern and not a coincidence.
