QuickSwap are coming to Base. Possibly the only polygon-exclusive dApp that was still giving Polygon a hint of relevance - and Base managed to be the chain to lure them away. QuickSwap were the sole cause of Polygon's surge in 20/21, onboarding almost every token that came to the purple chain. If any of you ever had the misfortune of working with Polygon directly, you'll probably already know why QuickSwap were the ones that spearheaded their success 💀 Bigly excited for this. QuickSwap never stopped pushing the boundaries in the DEX space - massively missed using them after most of my on-chain activities moved to Base. Polygon has to be as close to a dead chain as blast... They've done nothing the last year, other than change the ticker. I feel bad for apps on polygon. Time to migrate. @base , @solana or one of the many other chains would be happy to have you

Polymarket already accepts direct on-ramping from other chains like Solana - wouldn’t go as far to say that makes them “non-native”, but you can’t do that on quickswap. Any protocol which only allows for direct use via polygon / requires using polygon’s gas token has been shrinking.

Surely it won't be long before that migrates too There's literally no reason to be on polygon. It's slower, has almost no hype, and generally seen to be poor
