Hi Linda @linda I'm a physical therapist, and I understand how challenging insomnia can be. Iāve put together a few things I believe might help youš¤ - Deep Breathing Practice diaphragmatic breathingā¦inhale deeply through your nose, hold for a few seconds, and exhale slowly through your mouth. -Yoga Nidra. I made a research on this for you and decided to add it to all Iāll recommend for you. This guided meditation helps relax your body and mind, preparing you for sleep. -Gentle Stretching. Focus on stretching your neck, shoulders, and back to release tension. -Meditation. Spend a few minutes focusing on your breath and letting go of intrusive thoughts before you go to bed I havenāt tried the Stellar sleep app before but while i was a PT student, I used to have difficulty sleeping and made use of the āTideā app. They had a few meditation and breathing helps as well as WHITE NOISES which are very helpful, Iāll admit. You can try these and hopefully things get better I wish you luckš¤
