For the first time, the Pakistani government has set up a special assistant to the Prime Minister for crypto and blockchain affairs, with Bilal Bin Saqib, an adviser to the Minister of Finance and Executive Director of the Cryptographic Commission. He also serves as a consultant to World Liberty Financial, an encryption project supported by the Trump family. Bilal graduated from the London School of Politics and Economics and was awarded the MBE Medal by the King of England. In April this year, Zhao Changpeng, former CEO of Binance, also joined the Pakistan Encryption Commission as a consultant.
