The cybercrime department of the Ukrainian national police arrested a man suspected of crypto hijacking. The police pointed out that the man hacked into more than 5,000 customer accounts of an international host service company and used its servers to deploy virtual machines and encrypted miners for illegal mining, resulting in the company's economic losses of more than 185 million Ukrainian hryvnia (about 4.4 million US dollars).
