Nice! I use the Backland 107s for touring as well. I might try something a little heavier for our volcano conditions - less chatter. All in all great ski!

Cremini mushrooms, shallots, and thyme cooked in butter. I think the issue was my duxelle had a bit too much moisture in it and I didn't let the roast rest long enough. Learnings for next time!

I don't think that's reasonable. Which is why is it's exciting to see how SpaceX, Anduril, and others deliver at a fraction of the time/cost. I do think comparing those sophisticated aircraft to commercial planes and consumer autos is apples to oranges.

Even with a bloated process I imagine the sophistication that’s goes into something like an F-16 let alone an F-35 is many times more in magnitude than my Subaru.
