My husband is Turkish so I try to recreate some Turkish dishes at home.
Today I made pogaca which kind of tastes like the intersection between brioche and Japanese salt bread.
The dough is made of a generous amount of olive oil, yogurt, egg white, and flour with lots of dill and parsley. In the middle you can add whatever white cheese you have. I added feta.
Imagine having this straight from the oven with Turkish tea! Happy to share the recipe to anyone who wants to make this at home
