If you're trying to get in touch with someone "out of reach" you can try cold DMing them on Farcaster or Twitter/X with a concise message. I did this all the time when I didn't have much of a network and still do. You'd be surprised the number of people that respond and worst thing that happens is they don't

Unfortunately, the reality is that most often only scammers write in private messages. At least, their number is much greater than messages from real users.
