Things I learnt on my time away from social media 
-You’re spending more time on the internet than you realize. You might not know it but the time you spend on social media can be a lot more than you realize.
- FOMO; I constantly felt like I was missing out on something but in reality i really not missing anything 
-I wasn’t connecting with people as much as I should have. This period gave me the time I needed to connect

My time off was much needed but to be honest I’m glad to be back
