My top priority for this week is turning all of your invaluable feedback into a rock-solid product. This entire week is dedicated to shipping the fixes and improvements from the public roadmap.
As I was mapping out the work, I had a realization about how to best help people understand Reply.
My original plan was to write a massive set of docs. But then I thought about the response to that quick video I made for the Telegram notifications. The feedback was clear: a short, visual guide was far more helpful than any wall of text could ever be.
It was a lightbulb moment. Showing is always better than telling.
So, I'm making a strategic shift. Once the core fixes are shipped this week, I'm going all-in on creating a library of short, simple video guides to walk through every part of the app: the secure escrow, the 3-day refund, and the value for both sides.
I'll be creating these official guides myself. But I've already seen some of you creating your own amazing content. I love this. It's the community building the community.
If you're inspired to create your own video walkthrough of a Reply feature, please share it. I'll be watching and will make sure to personally highlight and reward the best community-made guides. You'll be helping new users understand the tool.
So, the plan for this week is simple:
1. BUILD: Ship the roadmap fixes and improvements.
2. CLARIFY: Begin building the video guide playbook, with the community's help.
