Lost a chunk of money yesterday. It didn’t take my life. Didn’t steal my gift. Just paper, gone. Still, it rattled me. Had me doubting everything..my choices, my worth. Exhaustion sank in, not just in my body, but deep in my soul. Then I picked up my sax… and something inside me stirred, alive again. Money comes. Money goes. But if I ever let it define me, losing it means losing myself. Never again.
