Why would someone buy a token and transfer then sell in a few minutes?

They might have gotten in through a presale or whitelist, or maybe they’re using bots to buy as soon as it launches. Sometimes devs or team members already hold tokens before launch, so they can sell instantly.

What if this a clanker token? Doesn't clnaker create one pool?

These marks only show buys and sells from that pool you’re looking at on dexscreener. 

They could have the tokens from team allo, or transfer into that wallet, or bought in another pool 

This is how pump and dumps work usually they seed 10 wallets with tokens and then rotate them to dump from diff accounts and diff times
