Everyone in Web3 is counting users. But no one’s asking: “Why isn’t anyone sharing anything?” Maybe the problem isn't participation. It's the lack of structure, incentive, and meaning behind contribution. Web2 extracted it for free. Web3 still hasn’t figured out how to reward it properly.
