my second solo app just launched on the App Store! 66 days 136 frontend commits 29 backend commits 4 apple rejections I didn't start with an original idea, there are a lot of basic openai wrappers that give you a color analysis, but I wanted to make a quality attempt and it was harder than I thought, especially the details thank you to everyone that gave me feedback, farcaster is still the best place to build in public imo but that was the easy part, coding is my comfort zone, and I love feeling productive, sitting at my desk doing something I know how to do still, for some reason, I feel the urge to leave my comfort zone, so for the next couple of weeks I'll do something that scares me: showing my app to the world this cast is how I'm keeping myself accountable: NO MORE CODING, JUST MARKETING

Amazing job Nate! I’m working on my first solo app now but I’m kind of curious, what were the reasons for the Apple rejections? I know apple is very nit picky with their rules so I want to know to avoid when uploading my first build

in my case it was mainly app store metadata stuff, like what goes in the description and screenshots, and some issues with my paywall my advice is to give app review guidelines a quick read, upload a version of your app that you're ready to ship and work with the apple team to resolve any issues that arise
