hi guys, look this two patern in bashscripting: $ "${string℅patern}new" $ "${string#patern}new" the first one looks at the end of the string and if there was a match for patern relpace it wirh new and the second one looks at the start of string. if we dont specify new if there was a match simply removes it. of course we can use if statements for it but this way is really cool
