What I Let Go of to Be Happier

Sometimes happiness comes not from learning something new —
but from finally letting go of something old.

Maybe it was the idea that:
– You always have to be busy to matter
– You must keep everyone happy
– Love should be painful
– You need to have it all figured out
– Or that rest is a weakness

I’ve realized everything starts from within me. The outside world is really just a reflection of my inner self. Whenever something happens or I meet someone new, I ask myself, “What part of me needed to grow for this person or experience to cross my path?” This mindset has been a game-changer for my personal growth. What I let go of was clinging to external events, and it’s made me feel so much lighter. 🌿
