Long after the first child found the light in the hollow, the world became noisy again. A girl named Auren tired of the noise, walked into the quiet woods and found the same hollow. She placed her hands in the soil and heard the soft voice: “I never left.” Auren didn’t take the light with her she buried it gently like a seed. Now, when others grow tired of chasing and come to rest in a quiet place, they still hear the whisper: “I have always been here.”
