what’s the longest amount of time you will give before assuming someone is a no show? (on zoom, google meets, etc)

depends on long the meeting is scheduled for! 10 minutes for an hour long meeting, 5 minutes for a 30 min meeting i’ll usually ping them after a couple minutes cause some folks just get in the zone and lose track of time
