For some reason the garage door opener in my new car is just not working, so my next logical step obviously is to buy a control board made specifically for controlling Liftmaster doors and connecting them to HomeKit because Chamberlain themselves blocked the ability to do that via their API.

New car day! I went from a 2013 Audi S5 coupe to a 2024 Audi S5 Sportback. Same color. What can I say? I’m a simple man. But really, my old one was manual and 2DR. Just didn’t work with having a newborn. The engine on the new one sounds fantastic and the interior is surprisingly roomy. Stoked!

GM! Got a Moonswatch on the wrist today. The strap that comes with this is horrendous, so I swapped it for a rubber Horus strap that makes it 1000x better. I’ve had 2 different Speedmasters in the past, which I sorely miss. I’ll get another Speedy Pro one day. This saves my wallet in the meantime.
