I am probably a 6 and I don't use any editor integrations. I copy paste back and forth if there is anything useful. 

One big change for me though has been the audio interface. I talk to the model more than I type.

Interesting! I’m still more of a typing input person, for some reason audio doesn’t appeal to me.

I can still modify my prompt before sending when I dictate via voice. You are right that speaking versus writing is quite different in terms of thinking. What dictating also trains is my ability to articulate my thoughts on complete sentences. A quality that I personally value a lot.
