25th Anniversary Empiria lore...
* Formed by me and 2 equally disenchanted colleagues from corporate life.

Most consistent lesson:
I'm dreadful at predicting where the work will come from, which proposals will succeed and which fail.
Business plans are a complete work of fiction.
Our most lucrative contracts have, without exception, come via word of mouth and we had no idea the opportunity existed more than 2 weeks before starting.
