imo it’s good design. People will store those things, so better to accept it & design accordingly. Now, it’d be cool if they added an encryption “pin” to double-encrypt hyper sensitive info in event of master password compromise.

All these “consumer” payments apps onboarding users at EthCC yet the free coffee station has a cash tip jar. Go onboard the baristas and encourage everyone else to tip them with your app.

Anyone thinking about L2s for banking/payments that could accept off-chain fraud proofs? Like, proof-of-fraud in the way a CC will revert fraudulent txns? Maybe a way to do self-custody with training wheels.

How do you know your team is cracked? When you find an obscure int overflow big in the C code of a major OSS project, then you wake up & your team already fixed it & got the PR merged. Good devs debug all the way to the wasm compiler.

Founders with families aren’t excluded, just have to make choices. Did a16z CSX in LA; cofounder and I both have families. 10/10 going IRL was worth it, esp. since we are normally remote.
