No I think the framing of side hustles is wrong. The key is entrepreneurialism, which can be fostered within one firm if management is on board. The side hustle is one manifestation of this, but it’s not the only one. Why not build a company that rewards entrepreneurialism in-house?

Think you need to choose the audience: If managers: see above If teams: absolutely necessary to experiment with entrepreneurial activities/side hustles because the world is changing fast and one needs an ability to create one’s own job
