I view information as falling into 1 of 2 categories: Timeless and Temporary.
Much of information we come across (on social media) seems to fall into the latter, which is maybe why I find it hard sometimes to engage with “trending topics”… they come and go

Just had an interesting thought on reframing how we think about eating certain foods, say bread..💡
It’s not that eating bread at say every meal is necessarily bad for us - it’s that it comes at a Nutritional Opportunity Cost: instead of the bread, we could be consuming something healthier in its place.
