It would be true to say I am a person who likes to put the focus on the joys in life, not because there’s any shame in difficult times or adversity, but because the light at the end of the tunnel should always be the focus. But once we are out of the tunnel It can also be rewarding to look back at that long, dark place. Remember the writing we saw on the walls as we came through it, and appreciate both the darkness and the light.
