Building my energies.
This afternoon, I tucked fresh shiitake mushrooms 🍄🟫 and brown lentils because they best keep their shape 🫘 with mushroom broth and 🧅 in the instant pot then disappeared on a long walk. Returned home and the 🥣 is so good.
I garnished with a dollop of vegan butter 🧈
Phenomenal. I’m having the confetti angel food birthday cake for desert. Yes, with vanilla bean ice cream.
Feeling satisfied like a cat before I sit down to create goes a long way towards a peak artist experience.
