Don’t NameDrop or reference others or say “we all know” type of bullshit. Try it at parties and on the job. It’s more respectful, less confrontational and open-minded conversations are better. Agreement and disagreement with so and so is either pandering or adversarial, implies hierarchy judgment and ‘why should YOU be the judge? We don’t gaf if you agree with Bob.
