Simplicity of UX is for sure going to matter as agents will be interfacing with the apps. That said, I expect consumer-based interfaces to become way more visually rich and game-like over time, not less (Airbnb is a great example of this)

maybe the distinction is apps for work and apps for pleasure. to enjoy the “process” or not.

i.e. adobe can still adobe, but a newcomer (or adobe themselves) can make things accessible to models to ease use.
