I have a marathon this Saturday! 🏃 

This will be my 6th marathon, so I have some experience, but I’d still love to hear your favorite running advice if you have any. 👀

I carry Gatorade plus use aid stations. Most people just rely on aid stations but I had a bad experience so now I also carry my own. I try to drink 2-3 oz every mile—had to do some trial and error to figure out what works best.

How do you stay hydrated and how do you know how much to drink so you’re not cramping and uncomfortable?
