How much does it cost the US to forcibly deport someone? 

Could they just pay that as an incentive for people to self deport, or does that create a perverse incentive (sneak in, collect payment on exit)?

Why not put that money in integrating immigrants like create new jobs / housing... that would boost the economy and counter act decreasing birth rates in the US. 

I think the USA is big enough... It would just need some smart guys organizing the whole thing.
