Apple Studios confirmed its spot as an S-tier producer. after severance, lessons in chemistry, ted lasso, CODA, etc., they deliver this movie. kinda crazy bc years ago i met the "drive to survive" producers at laguna seca well before anyone cared about f1 and they said they hoped their show would change that. it did.

Honestly even in Europe drive to survive did a lot I think anyone here means your mainstream average person caring for a race and F1 gossip vs seeing Schumacher or Vettel in the news on a win and lnowimg they exist You don’t want to know how many friends I have now fangirling Norris or Russel after drive to survive. Females love drive to survive

I‘m a child of the nineteenth, for me peak f1 was the Michael Schuhmacher era. But you are probably right that with the acquisition of the f1 by the Americans, f1 is again rising in global interest.

I didn’t live during that time so can’t comment on relevance then sadly Only have observations from growing up in Germany in the 2010s and now 2020s

It was big, as far as I remember. Was in kindergarten and primary school at the time. But it came directly after Football in public interest. Maybe it was just a German phenomenon (I’m also from Germany)
