what is an example of how it is easier securing them under the ocean. l the difficulty to secure seems harder to me in the ocean.

It’s not easy for terrorists to reach a submarine and it wouldn’t do that much harm to civilians if they managed to anyways.

oh i was thinking more ab china x russia reconnaissance subs and torpedos, cruise missiles, jamming, collecting intel on, probing and testing our defense as we scramble jets protect airspace. tampering with the becomes viable in diff ways. and special ops team can get there by sea in diff ways including swimming it’s critical infrastructure and as such a high value target
