It’s not easy for terrorists to reach a submarine and it wouldn’t do that much harm to civilians if they managed to anyways.

I guess that if they can easily find and attack the submarine, whether or not it runs on nuclear during matter that much either way.

oh i was thinking more ab china x russia reconnaissance subs and torpedos, cruise missiles, jamming, collecting intel on, probing and testing our defense as we scramble jets protect airspace. tampering with the becomes viable in diff ways. and special ops team can get there by sea in diff ways including swimming
