- deployed protocol on mainnet & @base 
- went from 0-$40m TVL
- individuals, companies, and dao's launched RTokens (asset backed currencies) on the protocol
- $20m investment in Curve ecosystem

What does the community controlled governance mechanism look like for distributing the 20B RSR (>$40m today) for ecosystem growth?

Does it look like veCRV? @undefined grants? Something else?

In this role, you will start out with improving our user journey for various segments, mostly partnered with our dapp team to build incredible experiences for people to learn about, discover, and use asset backed currency.

Depending on person, there are tons of problems and products to work on.
