you probably don’t think about liquidity enough // it is what it is  // build value, not valuation

definitely some of that for sure, but I think it’s also as simple as not being able to raise a family of 4 in a studio apartment while working remotely lol

Feels like doomerism too “can’t bring kids up in this world”

Saw a recent vlog saying kids were gross 

And it must be a great point if they spent the time to vlog about it 😅

The economy is not favorable  and women nowadays are informed and financially empowered compared to women from the earlier years.
