traffic cones. i keep a couple of these bad boys in my trunk and put them down when i leave my parking spot so no one takes it.

another cone-themed story:

i used to walk by gotham comedy club in manhattan on my way home, and it was known at the time to be a place where big comedians went to practice.

one day i saw cones outside and i asked a worker what they were for. he said seinfeld was going to show up that night and they put cones so his car could get in and out easily.

so if you want to catch a big comedian, look for the cones
