Cool project on HyperEVM: https://memehole.gridofmemes.com/ Basically million dollar homepage style website where you can purchase blocks on the grid, and then the owner of a block can set/change the image into perpetuity. It's not really a trading opportunity, no secondary market for blocks, but there is ownership transferability so could imagine markets forming in the future
