When you realize you are not the thinker of your thoughts — just the awareness behind them — you no longer need to “be” someone to be free. You’re already free. You just forgot. These are the words of some eastern philosophies, and I find them quite deep 🤔 but I still need someone to fully break this down to me ✍🏽
