Went to my HIIT class for the first time in 3 weeks to only walk into a 1000 rep challenge across a few excersies on the board. I did 675/1000 (hey I’ll take it for waking up 15 mins before class started) Strategy: ✅ Switch between upper/lower body for each excerise ✅ don’t do all 100 at once (come back to the station and allocate it) ✅ Run between a few indoor exercises ✅ focus on excerises that I felt comfortable with completing under 55 mins. (I.e I suck at pushups and deadlifts and didn’t want to waste time in class on these) ✅ water!
