One of the things I continue to struggle with in my career is mentorship. Women in crypto are definitely a minority but as a Bangladeshi gal ,finding someone I can properly relate to feels like a 1 in bajillion chance.

How have folks gone about finding the right mentors and forging relationships with them ?
