For sure, I think it’s definitely understandable to a point - but when you can have multiple high quality guarantors + show you have cash + show you are generally trustworthy it’s frustrating as a renter.
It’s even worse in France - you basically need to show like 6x rent with guarantors and stuff lol because it’s impossible to kick people out
