I had IBS/stomach issues for years, and it turns out that if you just stop eating foods with shit in the ingredients you don't understand, it can all go away. Going all-in on a whole foods/Mediterranean diet has been a major life upgrade. Eating exclusively real food, not synthetic blocks disguised as food, feels like the good life. All cravings for unhealthy/unnatural/sugary foods disappeared weirdly fast too, in like ~2 weeks.
