i wanted to go canoeing today. the rental place only had kayaks. i hate kayaks. we went down anyway. there was a random canoe that has been tied up on the dock for years and kind of looks abandoned. went to get coffee and asked the guy if he knew whose canoe that was. it was his canoe!! out of dozens of possible people, he was the first person we asked about it 🤣 anyway, he leant it to us and we went out for like 4 hours and it was really nice. need to do more paddling soon
