the biggest mistake i see people make when starting a business:
if your focus is on how to get money, people will sense it and run away. you need to figure out what you have to offer the world first. what can you solve for people? how can you create value?
if you make service to others and generosity the foundation of your work, you can figure out what people respond to most, then monetize that
you want to feel like the money you receive is a reflection of the value you created in the world, not a reflection of value you extracted
what you put out is what you get back
